By accessing or using GeoAlpha ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. GeoAlpha is operated by its founders and is intended for use by SEBI-registered mutual fund distributors and investment advisers in India.
GeoAlpha provides geopolitical intelligence, macro event monitoring, AI-powered analysis, and PDF report generation tools for Indian mutual fund advisors. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis and is intended for informational and research purposes only.
GeoAlpha operates on a subscription basis. A 14-day free trial is available for new users without a credit card. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually as selected. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

All content, analysis, reports, and recommendations generated by GeoAlpha are for informational and research purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, or any other type of regulated advice. Past performance and macro analysis do not guarantee future results.
You are solely responsible for any investment decisions made based on information from GeoAlpha. Always comply with SEBI regulations, your firm's compliance requirements, and your fiduciary duty to clients.
GeoAlpha's audit trail feature is designed to assist SEBI-registered investment advisers with recordkeeping under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013. However, GeoAlpha makes no representation or warranty that use of the Service guarantees regulatory compliance. You are responsible for ensuring your own compliance.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) share your account credentials; (c) reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; (d) redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service; (e) use AI-generated content as primary investment advice to clients without your own due diligence.
All content, software, and materials on GeoAlpha are owned by GeoAlpha and its licensors. The AI-generated analysis and reports you generate using the Service are yours to use for your advisory practice, but GeoAlpha retains rights to the underlying models, prompts, and platform.
GeoAlpha shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to investment losses, lost profits, or data loss. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
